Our commission splits are transparent and competitive.
Sliding scale based on Gross Commission Income (GCI) paid to Broker:
- Agents start their work year with a 65/35 split
- 75/25 after $10,500 in agent’s work year
- 80/20 after $18,000 in agent’s work year
- 90/10 after $24,000 in agent’s work year
- 100% commission after $27,000 in agent’s work year

Base commission splits increase the longer you work with us
- 75/25 after 2 years with our office
- 80/20 after 5 years with our office

We help market our agents to increase their exposure.
- Free headshot/photoshoot for agents
- Each new agent receives 500 Premium Glossy Business Cards
- Agent sales and accomplishments to be featured on our social media pages
We forward our agents up to $500.00 for marketing residential listings.
These funds, paid on behalf of the agent, can be used on:
- Professional Photography
- Professional Videography
- Print Ads
- Social Media Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google AdSense, etc.)
- Print Marketing (posters, flyers, brochures, etc.)
We have minimal and transparent fees.
We only charge our agents 1-2 fees for each transaction:
- Transaction Fee (E&O, Admin, and Review) – $500.00
- Marketing Reimbursement (if used) – Up to $500.00
